Sadly, the damage to her ear flap is permanent. The groomer should pay Moki's vet bills at the very least.
The failure to tell you about this injury is grossly irresponsible and delayed proper vet care. Is this an independent groomer or a pet store groomer? I'm not sure what I would do, but I would start with the vet bills and a strong letter of complaint.
