To me, it looks like a bad yeast infection. Yeasty ears are very itchy for them, so if he's been scratching his ears, he could've caused it to bleed from constantly scratching. If you can take a few moments to see this very good informative video: Eating These Foods Can Cause Dog Yeast Infection

I think he needs to be seen by a vet, no home remedy can fix this & I don't think you should try anything @ home, it might make things worse...don't worry about him going deaf, just take him in on Monday. Please update us!
