Sadly this happens a lot with groomers who are not careful. These pups are squirmy and it takes a skilled groomer to avoid this.

It will probably always have an indentation....I would not shave the ears any more...simply tip the ends and you will never see this.

You really should have a vet check it if it stays inflammed because it could become infected. . Keep it clean and dry in the mean time.
