I am looking to bring home a female Yorkie in June as a pet. I live in Dallas. After doing a quick search for breeders, I am finding the results to be quite overwhelming and I am not exactly sure what to look for because I have never purchased a puppy before. I am not opposed to driving to other cities to pick up the puppy. I am not sure what to expect price wise, but I cannot spend more than $1200. This way I have additional funds to spend on things such as vet visits (expected and unexpected) and daily things. I really just want a good pet that is well socialized and comes from a good breeder because I have read the importance of the first 12 weeks of development. Thanks for your help!
