My Willow has this problem. I have tried the Thunder Shirt with no luck. I do give her Rescue Remedy (the one for pet's) and it does take a little bit of the edge off, but she still paces back and forth and pants. Last night we had quite a few Thunder Storms. It just makes me so sad to watch her. She also doesn't like to be held during this time either.
