There is some underlying problem causing this. I'm not clear - did he have diarreah on the breeder's food and that's why you changed? Or did the diarreah come on after you changed?

I would be taking him back to the vet - probably another one (but that's just my opinion). Your baby can dehydrate and go downhill fast with diarreah that long. You need to find the cause so don't keep changing foods. When and if you ever do change foods, do it gradually by mixing old and new.

As mentioned above, to help with the symptom (not the cause), try a bit of pure canned pumpkin. If it were me, I might actually just feed bland boiled white chicken and rice and supplement with Nutrical (no matter what..he's losing nutrients). Also, substitute his water with pedialyte (clear, unflavored) until this clears up.
