Hello,

My son purchased a 17 week old puppy for me ( he lives in another state )
and is planning to fly her to me however, when he took her for her health
Certificate, he was told she had luxating patellas in both back legs. Between
Stage 1 and 2.
I know that it's common in small dogs. My question is because this was
Discovered at such a young age, does that mean it could progress at an early
stage as well.
The contract covers a 1 yr. health guarantee. I'm not what to do and he leaving
Monday.

Would appreciate any input.
