Ok this works... kind of gross but it works!

Take the poo and put it on the pad, leave it there, get her and show her the poo on the pad and say Good Girl/Good Potty. Leave it there (for as long as you can stand it) so that she can smell her scent and know that that is where she needs to go potty. Both 1 & 2. Every time she goes on the pad reward her and cheer her for a job well done, once in a while give her a cheerio!

Also dogs tend to wonder when they are going 1, 2 so you may need to put two pads down.
