This isn't temper, this is exasperation at plonking a stereotype upon a whole country of people. Sigh.
But let's just leave it there. No one I know in Ireland would call an American born (or other country for that matter) Irish. I don't get the trend. Anyway, good luck re the dog, I hope you find her owner.
