Yes, a broken tooth could hurt so bad it stressed her and she got nauseated. The nerve in a broken tooth hurts like heck. Stresses dogs to no end! Or it could be a coincidental nausea that suddenly struck. Watch her closely and get her to the vet if she vomits a second time in 24 hours or begins to have diarrhea. Here are some guides to follow
