Take that poor baby to the vet and get him something for the pain, and further treatment if it broken or he ruptured a tendon or something. Occasionally a fall can pull a tendon or muscle attachment loose and it may have to be reattached within a certain time frame before the tissue atrophies and calcifies or the dog can be lame.Early re-attachment can be done thru a scope usually.
