There was a lady that came home from work and her Yorkie was favoring his leg...she moved it all around, pulled on it, was certain it wasnt broken....when she did take him to the vet, because "the leg was not broken and he was just favoring it", they xrayed it and sure enough, it was broken in at least 2 different places! You need to go ahead and get the leg xrayed to determine if it is fractured or not....I would take my dog in tonight if it was me....I am a control freak, so I like to know what I have, not wait around and see what develops.
