Yep, he has been neutered since 6 months old. It is soo frustrating. It is difficult to keep a bellyband on him at all times because I have 2 other yorkies to look after as well. I know it is a behavioral issue because he is a VERY insecure dog (despite lots of attention and phrase from us). He absolutely hates the bellyband because he thinks that has done something wrong everytime I put in on him, but I dont know of any other way to stop him from doing it.
