Sorry about your experience there! I love our petsmart! Well, everytime we go in there, Brasco peepees. Its just a fact now!!!! LOL!!! ANd sometimes he poopoos too! But there is always someone there to clean it up and they tell me not to worry about it!!!! Thats what they are there for!!! LOL
