Its not your place to say anything, you are only a guest. It is up to your family member who own the home to report them. And if it were me I would. In a minute. If the dogs are doing damage to their property than they need to report it and take them to court for repairs. Plus part of being a responsible pet owner is providing adequate shelter, vet care and making sure that they have tags. If they are not doing that than reporting them is in the best interest of the dogs.

Be careful during the remainder of your time there, I would keep your pup leashed at all times.

Better to be SAFE than SORRY !
Ty,I feel the same way.I cant just start a bunch of stuff just to leave in a few weeks for everyone still hear to handle :/
I have the run/pen set up to where as soon as the back door opens they only can go into it with a Large really tall play pen.I have sectioned off the back porch door to their pen with it.The back door is pretty far from the other neighbors dogs so hopefully nothing can be caught from them! The pitbull Texas can still see them But I'm always outside with them and I take my cane with me NOthing is gonna eat muh Babies!
