I'm in the middle of buying a house and cant close for a few weeks on the house.So to save money for fancy things and upgrades for my house I'm staying with family for the last two weeks.

The neighbors are horrible hear or am I over reacting?I'm not used to having neighbors as our last hose we had was out in the stixs and had none thank god really miss it right now!Do I need to learn how to have neighbors or are these ones just wrong or am I?

We have 4 neighbors!!First off I'd like to say I do not hate pitbulls!
Two of or neighbors are to the side of which have privacy fence and both have pitbulls and a poodle.They are respetful to me have big dogs,but love them enough to take care of them.If you love your dog you PROTECT YOUR DOG right?The two neighbors behind us we are having issues with.Their houses property back yards both hit our property line.One of them has 4 pitbulls 2 mixes and two huge ones in their back yard always?Two of which are always chained up and it sounds like they are fighting and yelping afterwards!When I walk out side back to the chain length which is considered on our property(WE are staying with relatives who's relatives own our home and property).Hope that not too confusing...the property is our family's property and they put the fence in. Ok, so when i walk back to check on these dogs that sound like they are fighting they all turn and bark at me,but seem to not have blood or anything on them and ok other than the fact that two of them are chained up :/.The only one with collars on are the two chained up all with no TAGS!!???Other than them barking at me and my dogs and maybe contagious that's my issue.
The other neighbor is a down right UGH!!Their dog names TEXAS a 60 or more stalk pitbull RUSHES UR FENCE like it is going to come through it!The owner comes out and she will stand in the back yard and scream TEXAS o TEXAS come here.The dog does not listen and continues to rush the fence at my SMALL VERY SMALL dogs!!!This dog wants to come through the fence very frightening and its owner cant even come grab it by its collar (no TAGS EITHER) and come get it??She stands no joke 4 to 5 feet form it watching it ram the fence and barking very threatening like it is going to eat me and my dog!She has said before o I'm so sorry,But if she is so sorry why cant she get her dog?Is she afraid of it too?She could just as easy walk up grab her dogs collar and bring it inside?Our even better put her own fence up and stop having her dog charge ours here.Its trying to tear our fence down!My dogs go out very shortly and want to go right back in.They do their business and they want right back in.This crazy dog is bending the fence out!So now I have set up a huge SECURED run and a large play pen to my back door so they can go outside and not be around these bad dogs. That could have fleas,Ticks,Parvo,Kennel cough who knows!!My dogs have all their shots and kennel cough,flea preventives.The kennel cough only protects your dog from catching phenomena!

We are only here for a few more weeks hopefully staying with family in this house.No one in the house has a dog just a cat.I'm the only one with dogs here..
Our new house we are buying is also COMPLETELY chain length fenced,front and back,But I plan on privacy fencing the whole back yard INSIDE the chain length fence. Because our neighbor behind us in our soon to be new house in a WAY BETTER Neighbor hood has a VERY WELL taken care of friendly lab- pit who is also chained in its back yard

,but its friendly and seems happy and not left all day long chained.Not aggressive at all clean and has tags and seems pretty loved.Not everyone can be overly obsessed with there dogs like me I guess :P I share the home with my fur babies.

So i'm not really wanting to start a neighborhood WAR calling animal services and what not for the next few weeks I'm here as,I have had some choice words with the girl since it has happened more times than I can count,but I feel I should and want to badly am I over reacting?I don't want this thing to eat my dogs!I haven't cursed the neighbor women/girl out she is around 27ish...but I have asked her why she wont grab her dog for her to only ignore me and giggle sorry sorry o sorry and I have retorted off in response to her giggles Well do u want me to Call animal control only for her boyfriend to scream back at me this is my yard and me retorting back THIS IS MY FENCE YOUR DOG IS DESTROYING! I have them now secure and far away from the back of the yards,but what if it breaks through the fence and comes into our yard and try's to break into my dogs pen!I'm always outside with my dogs always.I have no children just my fur children and they are VERY much so my children lolz not just dogs....Its pretty sad I have to watch my dogs play in a pen now instead of run around in the huge back yard here till we close on our home!
