i would suggest trimming all the hair on his underside to a nice short length. that will help with clean up if he does mark while wearing his belly band. you have to keep catching him and a stern no and put him on his pad like your doing or put the belly band on right when being caught. this does help reduce episodes with cedric. we mostly catch him marking my dh's chair and his boots. i tell my dh he owns him and that is what hes telling him!!
