She & her pup should stay in her pen, not in bed with you. Can she get out of the pen herself? If so, get something she cannot get out of. Make her stay in there, talk to her & reassure her that she & her baby are fine. Soothe her while the puppy nurses if that's what it takes to have her not lick the pup while he nurses. You might have to sit by her side for a while until she is comfortable in her new role as "mommy".

yes, all that,

you can lay down by the pen with her while she is nursing, if the pen is not in your room you might consider moving it next to you..
she needs to stay with the pup. I sleep in the puppy room with mama and puppies for a week, to assure her that is ok for her to stay with the babies.
