WOW! WAY TO GO, TERI! YOU'VE GOT IT, GIRL! I'M VERY PROUD OF YOU!

Just take it slow and easy. You don't want to lose quickly - just 1-2 lbs a week is enough.

Keep up the good work! We'll have you feeling better than you have in years. Are you walking or exercising any? That'll speed things up some.
