I've boarded Coco at a Petsmart hotel before and it was fine. I like the fact that someone is onsite all night. I also upgraded her to a suite room so that she'd have more room. Not sure if it was more for her comfort or my conscious. I also paid for all-play everyday.

I've looked at other options and still am more comfortable with Petsmart for now.
