i have a little girl that is 16 weeks. we brought her home at 12 weeks and immediately use the puppy apt. it was hit or miss for about 2 weeks but as of the past week we are able to leave the doors open and give her access to the first floor of our home with no accidents. we only close the doors at night for safety reasons. when she is tired she puts herself in for naps and uses the pads regularly. so for us it is working.
