Hi, the majority of the upscale department stores in my area permit dogs (and I have seen some large ones at that!) either in a bag or on a leash. Of course no issues with the pet stores like Petsmart, Petco and Pet Goods.
Romeo is at the point where he barks at everyone so he can get attention so I have limited taking him to stores
