Oh, my, if he's a Yorkie, he's more than likely right where he wants to be. They can be EXTERMELY persistent to go where they want to go and do what they want to do, especially at night. I think if he wanted to be in bed with ya'll, he'd be right there insisting on his rights. I wouldn't worry about it and just let him be and see how long he likes sleeping alone.
