She looks totally Yorkie to me. I don't know why people feel the need to comment on other people's dogs like that. Most of them have no idea what they are talking about. Maybe the fact that she has a tail throws them off? If you Google images of a Silky you will see some of the real differences in the two breeds. Most amateurs would not have a clue. People watch that Dogs 101 show and suddenly become experts in all things dogs.

People here on YT have said they have Yorkies that are over 18lbs so size in certainly not a deciding factor. Your little one is adorable.
Oh, I see your in the UK so the tail thing can't be the issue. Just ignore them.
