just be sure that to print you dont need to buy the program. sometimes even though a software is included it comes with limited features. when you say your wireless is shutting off do you mean when you log back on each time to your computer or the actual device?? if you have a few wireless options to choose from you have to be sure to choose the wireless device/username connected to that device and save the password so you dont have to put it in everytime you use it. im sure you know that but just incase. i got the touch screen also and love love love it. i hope you work out the bugs and it grows on you.
