What a mean spirited person to call beautiful Luma names!
Relative to dog parks and dog encounters, I have come to accept the fact that different people have different views of what is acceptable behavior (forget the posted rules) and what is safe behavior. In other words, I expect the worst.
I hope you and Luma don't have to deal with this person again.
