I was just wondering...my pups are almost 7 months old, should I start giving them heartworm medication now or wait until the spring when I start taking them outside? Right now they only use pee pads and don't go outside and it's freezing so no mosquitoes yet. Also, do you give them the med year round or only during warm weather? Thanks!
