I'm a little confused

, because you state that he's 4.5 months then list 18 months in parentheses. I'm going to take a wild stab that he's 4.5 months old (based on the neuter when he's 6 months comment). He's still very much an infant and will get better with age. Congrats on the peeing 60% in the correct location and 95% poop success! Patience and limiting access when your not actively watching.
