I am so sorry that you and Luma were put thru that. You would think if someone loved their dog enough to want to take it to a dog park, they would be more responsible. Sadly, that is not the case. I know strangers are not under my control...I am.
This is, sadly, why I would never go to a dog park and why I am very happy that I found the house I did to rent..with it's ginormous fenced in back yard (owls, hawks, or not...still love my yard
