She's teething big time right now. Just keep trying these things and be consistent. I see absolutely nothing wrong with time outs. If what you are trying isn't working, say "no bite" and then put Rue in a time out.

The key is to not give up and do the correction every time. She'll get it. Just make sure she has something that she CAN chew..she needs that right now.

ETA: Also, just thought that you might want to try a squirt bottle (some use that to stop barking)..it could work but you'd have to have that bottle "on" you at all times I guess lol
