Hi there. I'm so sorry to hear that she had to have surgery but so happy to hear she came thru it ok. It's good that you are taking her in tomorrow to get tested. If she doesn't improve today, I would take her on in to the ER Vet
I'm not really experienced in post surgery stuff (other than spays/neuters). I would say that it's not normal for her not to eat or drink at all. That is something that can keep her from healing and cause her to go downhill fast.
Make sure she is drinking. She has no choice. Get a medicine dropper or syringe and force it if you have too (angle towards the front of mouth..my lesson learned..so she doesn't drown/choke). Get some unflavored, clear pedialyte.
Food is important..keep trying things (hand feeding may help). If she won't eat chicken and rice, try drizzling some of the chicken broth on her kibble. If that doesn't work, just keep trying things until you find what she will eat. Wouldn't hurt to supplement with nutrical if you have any..?
And, definitely get her into the vet tomorrow - he/she will be able to help.
