I would call the vet asap. Maybe her over playfullness right after after did something or she is reacting to medication. Could also be shes just sore and sometimes they dont feel it until after the pain pills and medication wear off.
Mine just had leg surgery which is def different but her food/water habits didnt change. The surgeon told me to call right away if she wasnt eating or drinking. If she has a fever even more reason to bring her in..
