I've never had this happen and maybe I over-react but...our babies are so little and when they go downhill they can do so quite quickly. I would call your vet and/or bring her in just to make sure. Im hoping my post will bump yours so others with more experience then I can see and respond...good luck!!!
I just reread your post...with the lack of interest in eating and drinking I would definitely bring her in.
