My Ruby would love to get at any mouse...luckily so far I've been able to keep her away from them. I freaked out the first time and posted her mouse escapade on here. While mice do carry diseases some areas of the country are more prone then others to have certain diseases. You may want to call your vet to see what signs to watch out for but I bet odds are Lola will be just fine.
