No, just the opposite....I JOINED them in 2009 because of the effective way they worked to get their members to respond to my complaints and get them resolved! That was almost a year after I reported their members to them. And they did not close out my file of complaints until there was a satisfactory resolution from the offending members...one of which was a generator repair service that practically stole a brand new generator from me, claiming it could NOT be repaired, sold me a NEW generator for an additional $1200.00, and then quietly turned around and sold my other brand new generator and lied about it!
