Didn't know this, maybe they are just spectators, but I've seen two groups, one taking notes, who I assumed, were in the jury and one talking to each other during breaks, and I assumed these were spectators. I know jurors aren't allowed to talk to each other about the case before the trial ends, so thats why I thought those were spectators. Maybe both groups were spectators?
