Our vet uses the new Lyme vaccine shot. The boys have not had it yet. They are going in on Monday because they are due for a Lyme vaccine.
Has any one here had the "new" shot?
Not sure how it is different but the receptionist who called today said there have been some reactions to it.
Mickey always has to have a cortizone (Benadryl) shot before vaccines because of pain and swelling at site reactions.
The receptionist recommended even Max get pre-medicated this time.
