It costs $550.00/year to be a member. If people have negative reports against a business they have as a member, they DO use those reviews to establish a grade for the business. It seems to me no one is contacting the BBB about this lady's bad business interactions, as she has only 1 review listed as unfavorable in all the years she has been a member! If you are doing business with a member of the BBB, and you have a problem, you MUST contact the BBB and file a report. I have done that in the past, especially when I was getting jerked all over the place following Hurricane Ike....while the BBB mediated the problems, I was given attention and got my issues resolved favorably by the BBB. People MUST report her to the BBB if they are unhappy....have to start there!
