Tibbe uses a cat toothbrush that is about that size as far as the bristle length and overall size but the handle is longer and no human toothpaste is on it. It is very tiny in his mouth so he lets me brush anytime. Like any dog he doesn't love it but tolerates it quite well. Unless I knew the ingredients in the toothpaste were not toxic in some way to dogs by not containing xylitol and other things the dog system shouldn't have, I would wash and boil them first and use regular dog toothpaste.
