All I know is I'm using UPS next time. After spending 10 minutes figuring out how to talk to a live person, that person could only tell me that if it wasn't updated or delivered by Monday to call them back.
I asked, "So what? My box left the sorting facility in my state on Feb 28 and is just hovering around in the air on a plane for 2 days? Doesn't it get scanned when it lands?" He was useless.
