The daily interaction required to raise not only a healthy but HAPPY PUPPY is not nurtured through wire fences and cold cement floors.

IMHO this site is quanitity not quality!
First of all, perfect example of the fact that I said you cannot judge with seeing the place, is the fact there they are not cold cement floors. There is indoor/outdoor carpeting throughout.
Second, Gloria spends her enitire days in her office IN THE KENNEL that houses new pups and their mommies. It is her life's work as she is not a young girl!
She, her husband and grown daughter do more one to one NURTURING, of the pups as well as the parents, than many people I have seen that just have pets.
I see you are a breeder and I am not going to argue about what I KNOW and have SEEN WITH MY OWN EYES, oh probably a dozen times at least, as I go out just to take my babies and visit occasionally!
I am a 60 year old lady, raised shih tzus about 20 years ago, and have seen my share of breeders! The sickening ones I have been to far outnumber the good ones. I doubt if there is a human living that loves furbabies more than I do and there well being is of the UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO ME!
As I said to each their own and no-one can JUDGE anything sight unseen.
