I have Trupanion insurance and it is great. As others have said, the younger you enroll the pet the better. Before there can be pre existing conditions. Six months after I adopted my boy, he had to get cataract surgery at 20 months of age. That cost around $3500 plus and he still needs eye meds now. Trupanion paid up with no questions. This was a genetic condition, which they cover. I chose to get the zero deductible and pay more. |
