I drove a Mustang convertible for a couple of years (a more reserved silver with a black top, though!) and my husband always teased me about it, too. Every time we would drive by a group of teenage boys, they would oohh and ahhh, so my hubby used to say that only me and teenage boys would ever want to drive that car.
Then last year for my birthMONTH
he traded it in and got me an Audi convertible. It's not as cute, but at least its all wheel drive so I don't have to park it in the winter.
There will always be a special place in my heart for my first convertible, though. Just can't believe that I waited until I was over 40 to get one!!! *sighing deeply*
