 Itchy Mocha
Hi everyone, my Yorkie has a cottony coat, and she tends to always itch (not sure if this makes a difference about her coat). Her favorite places to scratch is her ears and behind her front legs. She also does this weird thing where she will jump on the bed and rub her face like she is digging into the sheets like she has an itch she can't reach with her paws. Sometimes she even rubs against furniture and the walls like a cat.
She's being doing this for months, and she doesn't have any ticks or fleas. I never thought of the idea she could have allergies until my mother mentioned it. Living at the beach in Mexico it is warm, but this time of the year it is comfortable and not hot. We live in a city so there is not much grass. I have even changed her food, but this doesn't help her itching. She doesn't have a rash from her itching either.
Is it just my Yorkie, or is this normal? |
