I think doing indoor and outdoor potty training is the way to go. So for whatever reason they can't go outside it won't be a problem. Previous poster had a good idea with the washable potty pads. My pups are both indoor and outdoor users. But I use the disposable potty pads. My pups are 99.8% trained.lol We all have some kind of accidents once in awhile.
