Hello and welcome to YT. I am not a vet, but I am wondering if she doesn't have some fluid in her ear/ears or an inner ear infection (with what you described her acting as if she has mites in her ears) and that could throw her equilibrium off balance like it does for us humans. Or the other things that come to mind are possible seizures, some other neurological issues or liver shunt issues. I would be talking to my vet until they figure out what is wrong.
