I'm so sorry for your loss. I was gonna say that maybe Snuggles staring at the floor and stuff may be her moping over the loss of her friend Rusty? But when you mentioned about the food and fountain, it could possibly be Rusty playing around. If no one else could have done it, then it's nice to think that he is still there, even if it is messy! lol
