No one suggested that.
But, what I will go out on a limb and say is this: I believe this puppy is at high risk of many horrid things happening if proper care is not rendered sooner rather than later.
I am not going to banter with you over what I believe is proper veterinary care. I know what is appropriate in MY home...don't know about yours or anyone elses. I merely suggested what I strongly believe this poor poor suffering puppy needs and deserves.
