I've heard that RO water has very little minerals. If she's still a puppy it's probably from teething, you could try the Gerber water, it doesn't hurt to switch waters. I'm not a big fan of people switching puppy food, but there may be something in the food that she's sensitive to. I'm concerned with the odor and it could develop into a yeast infection if she's damp all the time. Glad you are going to the vet.
