This looks like something ANY ethical breeder would jump on in a minute....If one of my babies ended up in this condition, I would take that baby and I would do something to get him the help he needs!! I could not watch the entire video you had up....it upset me too much....if that was one of MY babies, I would take care of the problem, and then you could set up some kind of a payment plan to repay me, or I would just keep the pup....there is NO way I could let this precious little soul exist like this. This looks like this is going to be a MAJOR financial burdon.....you need to contact the breeder, and either get her involved with this medical issue, especially of this is genetic.....or let that baby go to someone that can help him....this is going to be a constant $$$$ drain, I am afraid.....this could keep you "in a financial hole", I am afraid, in order to help this baby....
